Octopan Handpan
The Octopan D Celtic is a beautifully handcrafted handpan made by Australian maker Ben Buckley in Byron Bay, built with premium Ayasa Ember Steel.
This instrument has a warm, rich and incredibly clear sound, with excellent sustain and a very balanced feel across the notes. The Ember Steel gives it a smooth, resonant character with shimmering overtones while still keeping the tone clean, stable and easy to connect with.
Each handpan is individually shaped, tuned and refined by hand — a slow and delicate process where even the smallest adjustment can completely change the sound and response of the instrument.
