For orders less than $150:

  • Standard shipping: $9.95
  • Express shipping: $16.95

Handling Time

We don’t just move products — every instrument is checked, polished and tuned before dispatch. Lyre harps and pixie harps may take 2 hours to a full day to prepare.

Please allow at least 1 business day for handling time (2 business days during the Christmas season).

Standard Shipping Speed (Australia)

NSW:

  • Metro — 1–3 business days
  • Country — 3–5 business days

Other states:

  • Metro — 2–4 business days
  • Country — 90% delivered within 5 business days

Express Shipping Speed (Australia)

Express shipping usually arrives the next business day. Regional areas typically arrive within 2–3 business days. Extreme weather may cause occasional delays.

We currently ship to:

  • New Zealand

  • Germany

  • France

🚫 US Shipping Temporarily Paused
Due to import tariff changes and significant high shipping costs, shipping to the United States is currently paused. We’ll resume once regulations stabilise — thank you for your understanding.

🥁 Beginner RIZA Handpans
Our beginner RIZA handpans currently ship within Australia only. This is because we offer a free replacement guarantee and lifetime tuning support on these handpans. At the current pricing, the instrument value is unfortunately too low to realistically cover international shipping costs for future after-sales support if issues arise.

📦 Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, GST, taxes or customs fees charged by their country.

These charges vary between countries and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order, as we are unable to estimate or cover these fees.
