Good quality steel tongue drum! Very relaxing and meditative to play also 🎶
My kids love the tougue drum, love to play together
What a beautiful sound. So relaxing to play. I make up my own tunes and just get lost in the sounds.
Wow. What a stunning sound!! I’m loving just making my own music which ever way my hands take me. So relaxing ☺️.
I was a beginner but its so easy to learn and very interesting piece to learn. Highly recommended to buy from them, very nice customer service :-)
Loving my new steel tongue drum. Sound is magical. Very happy with my purchase.
Absolutely fell in love with the drum as soon as I opened the box. The sounds it creates takes your soul on a magical journey. Look forward to learning and exploring more with it 🥰
My tongue drum has had its first professional performance. It was an outstanding hit with the audience who wanted to play it after the show. It is very accurately pitched and an amazing sound addition to the traditional instruments.
Really good colour and the sound.
This drum has a beautiful harmonious sound. Looking forward to adding to my meditation practice
My family really love it especially my son. The sound make me feel calm and relax.
I requested one particular colour, but alas, when it came time for them to ship my order (which was quite quickly), I received an email from them indicating that the selected colour was now out of stock, very apologetic and quite open as to how the mistake would have occurred. They gave me a selection of what was available and offered a credit voucher towards any future orders. I replied and explained the circumstances - the drum was for my ASD son who's favourite colour was the one we originally selected, but still selected one of the other options, and asked that instead of the voucher if they could put it towards an Express delivery instead. They replied back (a personal tone to the email) and said that the drum was being sent Express Post, and that as a way of appreciation for their mistake, and in view of what I had mentioned, they were enclosing a gift for my son. The parcel (and the gift) arrived very soon thereafter, and my son was quite content. What impressed me about the whole experience is that I felt we weren't just being treated as an 'order number', but as human beings. Anyone who asks me about getting one of these drums, I will definitely point them to your business :)
I received the drum yesterday and I was a little disappointed with the sound and quality. I played it for a while but I felt that the sound was a bit buzzy and not smooth, especially with the lower, larger notes. The paint was not as golden yellow but dull. It was a lot more tinny and cheap looking than I expected. I should have bought a smaller one perhaps
Overall, it's a great steel tongue drum and I'm happy with it. However, the resonance of some notes could be improved. For example, the second-highest note (E, or 2̇) doesn't sound as loud or clear as the others. It has a slightly muffled sound, and its resonance is noticeably weaker. The rest of the notes sound much better.
10/10 experience and wonderful instrument!
The Tongue Drum is a gift to a granddaughter who just loves music. She plays a trumpet and has just joined the Scots School Band as a drummer. She is turning 13 in a couple of weeks and has taken to the drums really well, when we saw the drum on line , it just so resonated with me, as a really fun instrument for her to have and enjoy. My thanks for the speedy delivery. This weekend she will be at Aberdeen Scottish Festival near Scone, to compete. Kind Regards Meredith.
It has a permanent seat at the table, love the sound.
It took me only minutes to learn my first tune and perform it with clarity, and I’m looking forward to exploring it more. Apart from its gorgeous sound, the instrument is also a beautiful decorative piece and a fascinating talking-point for visitors.
Best present I've given myself 😊 sound beautiful, no experience playing this instrument is needed.
Beautiful sounding instrument. Great quality.
I love my new tongue drum. The sounds are so relaxing. Thank you to The Little Kalimba Shop; the delivery was so quick.
I turned 60 years old a few days back, and so I decided to learn a new musical instrument. I saw the Tongue Drum and decided that was it. I am so pleased with the sound. I am still working out the layout, but some previous musical knowledge will help out there. I'm really looking forward to playing it to those who listen and birds who visit our garden. Thank you so much.
Fast delivery and great drum. Good value for the money! Owner was lovely to talk to and provided great advice.
Beautiful sound! I started out with a 6" 11-note drum, this 15-note has a greater range for playing songs. It also has a deeper more resonant sound than the smaller drums, so pretty!
Beautiful , exquisite sound, really happy.
I’m very happy with the purchase of my drum. It is a great drum and good price. The delivery was fast also.
I bought this as a gift so can't say how it's going just yet. I'm sure she will be delighted with it.
Lovely instrument and wonderfully helpful service. I was late placing my order in time for it to be a birthday gift for my granddaughter. They dispatched it quickly for me and sent it via express post so I had it with a couple of days to spare. Thank you!
Excellent
I haven’t played it yet as I got it for a gift so won’t know until next month but it looks awesome
Great
its beautiful
So happy with my tongue drum purchase! Easy to play and sounds amazing! It’s my “me” time when I play it and forces me to relax and de stress! Just love it! 🤗
I decided to get a 15 nots Tin Drum in the end because I'd like to play popular melody. However, not all notes are sharp. The centered note barely ring, a few others notes have similar issue. It seems it's also harder to find music sheet that suits D major tune. The practice music sheet is not made for D major, so I have to search online myself again. I was really excited to try out some songs with just following the music sheets that come with it. However, having had to spend hours to search for a suitable music sheet made starting a lot harder. I have yet to get to find one simple enough to try it out.
Love my new Tongue Drum it is has a beautiful sound . It was well packed and arrived in its own bag .
Condition and sound is amazing
Great little instrument. Will enjoy playing
It’s cool just learning
