Change of Mind Returns
We want you to feel confident choosing your instrument. If you change your mind, you may return it within 90 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories. For hygiene reasons, ocarinas are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. Photos or videos may help us assess the issue and provide a faster solution. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Our returns policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
