Once accumulated rental fees reach that amount, there is no remaining rental refund. Most customers upgrade after around three to four months, and few keep them for more than six months before trading them in.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSome are unused handpans with minor cosmetic imperfections, including light surface oxidation or discolouration following extended transit and customs delays. These cosmetic imperfections do not affect sound quality, tuning or playability.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEvery handpan is inspected for sound, tuning and physical condition, with minor tuning adjustments made where needed before it is offered for rental.
